In the past, EVAC had vowed that as the first Volunteer Ambulance Corps in Westchester County, we would do everything possible to assure that we could provide a vital service without becoming a tax burden to our residents and merchants. To date, we’ve kept that promise to you and have made our mark as one of the longest volunteer-operated and highly respected not-for-profit ambulance corps in all of New York State.
Thanks to our Revenue Recovery Billing Program (billing third party insurance companies), generous donations by our friends, family, neighbors and by local groups such as the Community Fund of Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe as well as from the Gabelli, Generoso Pope and Raffiani Foundations, we are able to continue our day-to-day operations.
We ask that you continue to support our life-saving efforts for your family, friends, neighbors, associates, merchants and visitors by becoming a sponsor for our event.

Thank you in advance for your continued support!
Over the past year, EVAC has been in the process of purchasing a brand new ambulance. Thanks to the Generoso Pope Foundation, The Community Fund and a dedicated committee of EVAC members, the ambulance has arrived and is almost ready to be put into service. Because of such generous donations and support, EVAC is able to purchase top-of-the-line, up to date ambulances to better serve the communities of Eastchester, Bronxville and Tuckahoe. It will be rotated to active duty within the next few weeks. 57-B3’s ribbon cutting ceremony occurred on December 21, 2007. You can view pictures from the ribbon cutting ceremony here.
In addition, the other two ambulances have been re-striped and the decals are now consistent with each other. This aesthetic changes were done to enhance the vehicles’ appearances and to enable motorists to more easily identify EVAC vehicles.
